TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BEAUTIMAGE AGENTS
1. Independent Contractor Status
By joining the Beautimage family, the Agent agrees they are an independent contractor and not an employee of Beautimage Pty Ltd. Agents are responsible for managing their own schedules, marketing, and local tax obligations where applicable.
2. Pricing Integrity
To maintain brand value and fair competition, Agents must adhere to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP). Unauthorized discounting or “undercutting” other agents is strictly prohibited unless part of an official Beautimage-sanctioned promotion.
3. Branding and Marketing
Agents are encouraged to use official Beautimage marketing materials (images, videos, and logos). Any self-created marketing material must maintain the brand’s “luxury and high-gloss” aesthetic and must not make unsubstantiated medical claims regarding skincare results.
4. Sales and Commission
All individual customer sales must be processed via the official website using the Agent’s Unique Referral Code.
Commissions (20% on sales / 15% on package sign-ups) are calculated and paid out according to the standard Beautimage payment cycle.
The Starter Kit (R2250) is a limited-time offer and subject to stock availability.
5. Wholesale and Distribution
Agents seeking to supply pharmacies, spas, or salons in bulk must coordinate with the Head Office at 061 664 8608 to ensure inventory availability and correct wholesale documentation.
6. Ethical Conduct
Beautimage reserves the right to terminate an agency agreement if an agent engages in deceptive marketing, misrepresents product ingredients, or brings the brand into disrepute.
