Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

​Condition of Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and with all seals intact to qualify for a return.

​Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

​Exclusions: Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products cannot be returned unless proven defective or incorrect due to health and safety regulations. Sale items and gift cards are generally non-refundable.
